Why can’t my Dry Cleaner remove the yellowing from my collar?

The sweat works like a dye (i.e. yellow) and once the perspiration gets into the fiber it has now dyed that fiber. If the perspiration does not get into the fiber, the Dry Cleaners can clean it out. PristineCollars puts a protective barrier on the fiber preventing the perspiration from dying the fiber.

Can I use PristineCollars on other areas of my shirt?

Yes, you can use PristineCollars on other areas of the shirt (i.e. pockets, underarms, cuffs). When spraying the underarm area, be sure to spray onto the inside of the shirt.

How often do I need to apply PristineCollars to my collar?

Each time the shirt is dry cleaned or laundered.

Can PristineCollars be used on all fabrics and color?

Yes

How do I apply PristineCollars to my shirt?

Wipe dirt and dust off of the collar. Test on inconspicuous small area. Aim can 4 inches from collar and apply a generous amount of this product to the area to be treated and spread evenly. Allow collar to air dry at room temperature.

How long does it take PristineCollars to dry?

Depends on the fabric, but usually about 30 minutes.

Does PristineCollars change the color or the feeling of the fabric?

I recommend.

My adult son used Pristine Collars after seeing an ad on social media. After using it for a few months he told me I should try it on my white shirts since I wear them at work, and they end up with make up on them that can be tough to get out. First off, men’s white shirts do not look good with yellowing on the collars; it’s been said time and time again. Nuff on that. My drycleaners told me about sweat working like dye and that once my collar turned yellow, they would literally beat the crap out of the collar to ‘squeeze’ the sweat out of it, a little hard on my shirts needless to say. Pristine collars Wow!!! I went to my dry cleaners on SE 17th Street in Fort Lauderdale and they introduced me to a new product “Pristine Collars” It’s amazing. Now my husband shirt collars stay white but, the best news is for me.
