Shipping and Delivery

All prices are in USD. Currently, we only ship within the US, including Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam and US Virgin Islands). 

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of order receipt.  All orders ship from our warehouse located in Florida.

Delivery time is 3-5 business days from the date of shipment for Standard delivery, 2-3 business days for Priority Shipping and 1-2 business days for Expedited delivery. When shipping to remote areas, Alaska and Hawaii please allow for additional ship time due to location.

Shipping rates are based on the number of items in your order and will be automatically calculated in your shopping cart based on your zip/postal code.

ORDER STATUS/ ORDER TRACKING: You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully processed.  In addition, a shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has shipped.  This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.

PristineCollars wants you to be a Great customer! We want to make it easy for you to make a change so all merchandise purchased at PristineCollars.com may be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase subject to the RETURN REQUIREMENTS listed below.

  

SHIPPING COSTS: Please note that you will be responsible for shipping costs related to any return. All refunds issued will be less the initial cost of shipping. Any incorrect or incomplete shipping address information may result in additional shipping fees to you.

 

RETURN REQUIREMENTS

RMA NUMBER: A return merchandise authorization (RMA) is needed for all returns. To obtain an RMA number, please email: info@PristineCollars.com with your name, original order number and the reason for your return.

 

Once you have received your RMA number, clearly print it on your return address label affixed to the outside of your return package.

 

Please ship your return to us using a delivery service that provides a tracking number and requires a signature for verification of receipt (i.e. UPS, FedEx or USPS registered mail). We strongly recommend that you insure the package. If you ship using a non-trackable shipping method and the items get lost, we will feel very bad because we will be unable to process your refund or exchange.

 

We must receive your package within 15 days of the date the RMA number(s) was issued. If we receive it after the 15 day period, the RMA number will no longer be valid and we won’t be able to process your refund or exchange. RMA number(s) cannot be reissued for any reason.

 

ORIGINAL PACKAGING: Returned merchandise needs to be in its original packaging, in original, unopened condition. If the cans are delivered damaged, we will happily replace it for you. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or guarantees once the product is applied because we are unable to monitor the application process. We recommend following the manufacturer's instructions. We are not responsible for any damage due to contaminants present during the manufacturing of the item.
